The services provided by the company is for the personal use of the customer only. Disputes Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company. If the company is not able to resolve the dispute within 30 days from the date on which the dispute is referred to the company, such dispute shall be resolved through arbitration.
This agreement calls for the reference of any dispute in relation to any service provided by the company to be settled by arbitration under the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitrator shall be appointed by the company and the place of arbitration shall be New Delhi.
Severability and Waiver
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under this Terms shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Translation Interpretation
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
Miscellaneous
Since there are lots of technical, mathematical & logical calculations involved while back testing any strategy, there can be data and/or logical issues and/or bugs in the system. Users can report us those issues through mail which we will try to address soon. But The company, its directors, employees, agents or any other person acting on behalf of the company will be not be responsible for any kind of loss/ damage which you may bear directly or indirectly while trading any strategy, nor we will be liable for any kind of refund, partial or full.
The company’s Strategies/content cannot be directly/indirectly promoted/ referred/ endorsed publicly without prior consent of the company.
The company uses 1 min OHLC data for the backtesting services.
The company offers the same week and same month data to backtest on any given date. The company may in future include next week/next month data to backtest as well.
The company does not save any strategy result. Every backtest is a new backtest for the company and so credit will be consumed for every run.
The company calculates ATM based on Spot, not based on Futures.
If backtested results contain "NAs(Not available)" It means strikes chosen were not traded at your entry time and hence data is "not available" for those strikes at that time. Make sure that you have understood this concept.
The company has every right to change existing Top Up plans and validity without any prior notice to you.
The company provides support to all its users through email only. In case of any query, users can write to the company at “viraj@momoindiascreener.in”. The company shall endeavour to resolve the queries within 3-4 working days.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The company may update or amend the terms and conditions from time to time by posting such updates and/or amendment on its website and/or sending such updates and/or amendment to you on your devices. Your use of the services provided by the company after we post such updates and/or amendment will constitute your agreement to those updates and/or amendments.
If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
